Senior Technical Consultant - MCTS, MCITP, MCSE - Midlands

The Role
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Consultant to join a well established Microsoft Partner. We are looking for individuals who excel in delivering winning results and have the ability and enthusiasm to help grow the business. If you enjoy working in a challenging role and being rewarded for hard work and dedication then this is the opportunity for you.
 
You will need to demonstrate your abilities as a lead Technology consultant, to architect and deploy solutions as well as work in a group. You will have held a Technical Role or consultancy role for a minimum of 2 years, posses excellent IT skills in Microsoft platforms and products and be proficient in the following.
  • Active Directory (must have)
  • Microsoft Exchange 2007 (2010 an advantage) (must have)
  • Virtualisation (must have)
  • Sharepoint ( distinct advantage)
  • Windows desktop deployments ( including windows 7) (must have)
  • Sonicwall Firewalls or Similar (must have)
  • SQL Server ( distinct advantage)
This will be underpinned with a sound knowledge of networking infrastructure.
 
You will be qualified to at least MCTS or MCITP.MCSE. You will need to be flexible and must be prepared to travel mainly in the Midlands( but can venture further afield). In addition you must have excellent Customer facing skills including written and oral, strong problem solver and be able to work well without supervision or as part of a team. Experience required for this role
TCNS requires candidates who have designed and implemented an a consultancy environment.
Solid experience in Microsoft infrastructure.
 
From an exchange perspective they require 2007 and hopefully 2010 And involvement in migration from 3rd party systems or previous versions of exchange to a user base.
 
We require a Technical Consultant who can demonstrate at least 2 years  experience in delivering successful projects. Examples of the work you have designed and deployed and your role in doing so, and the technologies employed.
