We are a Leicester based school and were looking at different options for whiteboards/screens for use in our classrooms, after discussing this with Russell at TCNS (Total Computer & Network Support) we were intrigued by the interactive solution he mentioned to us.  A demonstration was arranged at our school, the software that comes with the screen is extremely impressive, it includes an abundance of free lessons and plenty of built in tools that enhance the children’s learning experience.  When the children walked into the classroom and saw that they could get involved they were straight up on their feet gathering round all wanting to draw and write on the screen.  They had a great time exploring the 3D Skeleton App and without realising they were learning all about the human skeleton. I would like to thank TCNS and would recommend other schools to look at the benefits of implementing an interactive solution to bring their classrooms to life.

I am delighted to be able to provide a testimonial to the services that we have received from TCNS, I approached TCNS on the company’s founding in 2011, although TCNS had provided IT support, hardware and software requirements at my previous company for more than 10 years. TCNS assessed our requirements and provided well-priced quotations for hardware and support. After some initial teething problems, which TCNS sorted out quickly, the systems installed worked well and we have continued to source all of our IT requirements from TCNS. The helpdesk is extremely efficient and the remote “You2Me” facility enables fast resolution of problems whenever feasible. They are also very good at talking through applications with those of us of a less technical background! I have always found TCNS staff to be personable and accommodating and they really do try to be your own IT department. They understand the reliance that our business places on IT and support us in achieving the excellence we strive for.

    I wanted to let you know how impressed we are with the support provided by TCNS, especially the quick response to our tickets or occasional panic phone calls! The whole helpdesk goes above and beyond to help us and resolve problems, it really is very much appreciated and makes a positive difference. Since we switched to TCNS in January of this year our system stability has greatly improved, long term issues resolved quickly and overall performance increased which is something the previous contractor was unable to achieve in 3 years!
