Adam Spink - Field Services Technician

I have been working in the networking/telecoms sector for 19 years as a support/installations engineer. Over that time, I have installed and maintained all sorts of IP based technologies including phone systems, CCTV, and door access.

In the last 8 years I have been part of a helpdesk team resolving any client issues that arise. This includes a large networked based door access/intercom system for Birmingham City Council covering 105 high rise tower blocks with over 5000 residents.
