With this in mind the use of Microsoft teams has become extremely popular and enabled companies to integrate & manage their staff.
Microsoft Teams is the hub for teamwork within your company, its where people - including people outside your organization - can actively connect and collaborate in real time to get things done. Have a conversation right where the work is happening, having a meeting, or working together in other apps and services. Microsoft Teams is the place to have informal chats, iterate quickly on a project, work with team files, and collaborate on shared deliverables.
With companies now realizing the potentials within teams to have online meetings with multiple staff without leaving your office or home, they are now seeing the benefits reducing the time staff spend traveling to & from meetings making this time being none productive. TCNS were approached by one of our customers for options to enable teams’ meetings to take place in the board room, enabling them to have professional meetings with sales, engineers, and clients to discuss their ongoing business needs.
Once the solutions had been agreed with the customer, our internal engineering team ordered the systems, to reduce onsite contact and potential downtime the technical team pre-configured the whole solution at our office. Our installations team then scheduled the work with the customer abiding by the current government COVID-19 legislation. The installation of a the 55” LG business smart TV & Logitech tap Teams solutions looked amazing especially with all cabling running within the wall void. The added Unifi Wi-Fi solution allows workers to hot desk seamlessly within the office and board room.
