I started off with an apprenticeship at TCNS in 2016 as a first line Helpdesk Engineer and have worked my way to level 2/3 Engineer. My role includes level 1-3 helpdesk calls/tickets, migrations, hardware configuration and customer projects. My areas of specialty would be Office365, Windows Server, Windows OS/hardware and Sage.
Out of working hours I am either doing something car related, gaming or playing with my cats.
