I have been working in the communications industry for the past 25 years. I first started out as a Field Engineer back in 1997 installing structured cabling.
Then onto being a Project Engineer, over many years I’ve been involved in several long term and successful projects such as Ministry of Defence and Royal Bank of Scotland to name but a few, installing and upgrading its networking infrastructure.
I have also worked as a Home-Service Engineer for Sky, my duties included Installation/repairing faults and servicing equipment.
Over the last 3 years I have been working to maintain the Birmingham Concierge Project. This includes maintaining the door access and intercom systems across 105 tower blocks with a 24-hour callout support.
All of my roles and responsibilities are to communicate with clients, engineers and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered on time and effectively.
